Leaving the hotel soon for cab ride to train station
and on to Rome

we had an hour between trains
Decided to enjoy the sunshine
rather than wait in the station

We caught the commuter train back to Chiusi (nearest
train station to Montepulciano). The train goes
from Rome to Venice and stops at every town
along the way. It was the one that best
matched our schedule and it was only 9.8 Euro.
We had to walk about 2 km from the central station
to where the commuter train is.
